At Sunset Makeup, we want you to glow with confidence in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
